A quick glance of GTA sales and average prices show that the market has remained vibrant with increased sales and price activity across all segments of housing. The ‘905’ market has remained particularly strong with more sales than in the 416. The condo market downtown is saturated with new listings both rental and for sale so that’s a bit of a weak spot. Otherwise the condo market overall remains healthy and vibrant outside the core.
