My Professional approach to Selling your home:

When you put your property, whether a house or condo on the market, chances are you’re hoping the following will happen:

I’m the Professional at achieving just that for my clients and this is how I do it.  I dedicate my time and resources to educate you on the current market conditions as well as preparing your house for sale.  We have proven systems and create an action plan with a schedule highlighting the important dates so you know what’s happening.  It takes a village to present a house professionally and properly so you can maximize your selling price.  Here is a sample of what I do when I sell your home —

*Deployment of whatever service is needed to get your home in tip top shape — access to my handyman, painters, carpet cleaners, floor polishers, movers, etc.

*Professional floor plans (buyers love floor plans!)  How many listings have you viewed that have them? 
*Quality, high stock feature sheet brochures with detailed information about the property available to all potential buyers.
*Identify potential buyer group and target advertising to reach wide audience.
*Extensive social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
*Extensive on line exposure through website marketing,, Royal Lepage website exposure, etc.
*Exposure in traditional print media as appropriate
*Ongoing promotion, outreach to agent community and consumers until property is sold
*Public open houses as needed.
